Jean-Louis Ntang-Beb, PhD
Dr Jean-Louis Ntang-Beb is an award winning Content strategist, researcher and serial entrepreneur from Cameroon. As content strategist he has worked with brands such as Nivea for Men, Ubisoft, and The Home Depot. Dr Ntang was also contracted by the US federal government to lead a pilot program for the US Broadcasting Board of Governors’ Office of Digital Innovation; developing new digital technology for journalists. He is a graduate of Howard University, where he obtained his PhD in Communication, Culture and Media Studies with a focus on Technology Adoption and ICT for Development. While at Howard University, he also served as a mentor for the Communications Entrepreneurship Research and Resource Center (CERRC), an entrepreneurial Incubator for students and emerging business owners in the Washington DC area interested in media and communications entrepreneurial training. In 2015, through his creative boutique Dots LABS, He developed a digital content certificate program that has trained over 180 young Cameroonians, equipping them with the skills needed to succeed in the digital economy. The program has also successfully placed 25 graduates in companies across Cameroon. Dr Ntang recently moved back to Cameroon where he has launched a new venture, UX Media LAB (UXML) a user experience agency with a mission to amplify the visibility and engagement potential of African businesses across digital spaces.
